Refund Policy

At JND Hotels & Resorts, we strive to provide the best experience for our guests. However, we understand that sometimes plans change, and cancellations or modifications to your bookings may be necessary. Below is our refund policy for cancellations and other situations.

1. Cancellation Refunds

  • Flexible Rate Bookings: If you cancel your booking within the cancellation window specified at the time of booking (usually 48-72 hours before the check-in date), you will receive a full refund.
  • Non-Refundable Bookings: Certain bookings may be offered at discounted rates with a non-refundable policy. In these cases, no refunds will be issued for cancellations or modifications.
  • Late Cancellations: Cancellations made after the specified cancellation window or “no-shows” will result in a charge equivalent to one night’s stay or the full amount of the booking (depending on the policy).

2. Refund Process

  • If your booking is eligible for a refund, it will be processed using the original payment method.
  • Please allow 7-14 business days for the refunded amount to reflect in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.
  • You will be notified via email once your refund has been processed.

3. Early Check-Out

  • If you decide to check out earlier than the confirmed booking date, any refunds for unused nights will depend on the specific hotel or resort’s policy. Please check with the front desk or booking management.

4. Changes to Reservations

  • If you need to modify your booking (such as changing dates or room type), please contact us directly at hotelsjnd@gmail.com or call 9811147089. Any refund for rate differences or cancellations of modified reservations will depend on the availability and policies at the time of modification.

5. Special Circumstances

  • In cases of unforeseen events (such as natural disasters, government restrictions, or emergencies), JND Hotels & Resorts may offer refunds or credits on a case-by-case basis, even for non-refundable bookings. Please contact us immediately in such situations, and we will do our best to assist you.

6. Third-Party Bookings

  • If you booked your stay through a third-party website (e.g., online travel agents like Booking.com, Expedia, etc.), any refunds must be handled through the respective platform. Please refer to their terms and conditions for their refund policies.
