1. City Palace in Udaipur
It is a magnificent architectural marvel with courtyards and pavilions and terraces, corridors, rooms, and hanging gardens, rising majestically above the lake on a hill surrounded by crenelated walls. It is one of the best places to visit in Udaipur. The “Tripolia. a triple-arched gateway with eight marble porticoes, is the main entrance. Under the gate, the Maharanas was weighed in gold and the corresponding weight was then divided among the inhabitants. The Suryanshi Maharanas of Mewar appeared before the population to reassure them in difficult times on the surajgokhada, the balcony of the sun. Other places of interest in the palace are the “ChiniChitrashala”,” famous for its blue and white ceramics, and the “MorChowk”,” known for its magnificent peacock mosaics in the glass. 2. Pratap Memorial Moti Magri
The locals ascend the hill to pay respects to Rana Pratap and his loyal horse “Chetak,” who guarded him ferociously and remained by his side until the end. A striking bronze statue of Maharana Pratap and riding his beloved Chetak perches atop the Moti Magri, which overlooks Fateh Sagar. 3. LAKE PALACE
The palace was constructed on an island near Jagmandir in Lake Pichola between 1743 and 1746 and was formerly known as Jagniwas and used as a summer castle. It faces east and is a magnificent sight with semi-precious stones and ornate niches added to the black and white marble walls. Its courtyards have gardens, fountains, pillared terraces, and columns. 4. Saheliyon ki bari

5. Jagdish Temple
Maharana Jagat Singh I constructed the Jagdish Temple, one of the most well-known temples in and around Udaipur, in 1651, as a prime example of Indo-Aryan architecture. The temple is dedicated to Lord Vishnu and is a work of art in architecture, featuring carved pillars, beautiful ceilings, and painted walls. 6. Fateh Sagar Lake
The Duke of Connaught established Connaught Bundh as a man-made lake north of Lake Pichola, surrounded by hills and forests. 7. Jag Mandir
The builders constructed a palace named Jagmandir on an island in Lake Pichola. They started construction on this building, also known as the “Lake Garden Palace,” in 1620 and finished it in about 1652. The royal family used the palace as a summer home and gathering place. Interestingly, Emperor Shah Jahan, who rebelled against his father, Emperor Jahangir, and became the ruler, was offered refuge here. 8. Bagore Ki Haveli
Bagore ki Haveli is an opulent palace that the Prime Minister of Mewar Kingdom- Amar Chand Badwa built in the eighteenth century on the waterfront of Lake Pichola in Udaipur, Rajasthan. The haveli boasts over a hundred rooms that have elaborate exhibits done up in mirror and glass works. Beautiful paintings and murals from the Mewar era adorn the walls of the palace. The Queen’s Chamber is the most popular of the lot, which has on display two very gorgeous glass and mirror sculptures of peacocks. The haveli has been restored and renovated repeatedly and has been finally converted, but also history buffs and culture explorers. The popular Dharohar Dance Show showcases.
